Our purpose ... our intention for coaching:

 

Our purpose is to help people find balance in their lives including their workplace.  Bringing balance provides the opportunity for the spirit of an individual, team or organization to shine.

 

Coaching helps people and groups to fulfill their purpose.  It is a relationship and engagement operating through freedom of choice.

 

As transformational coaches we specialise in helping people work with their “whole person” (thinking, feeling and doing).  From there, they can really clarify their goals, their reasons and motives to achieve them and practical steps to take towards them.

What is Coaching about?

 

- coming up with your own answers

- interacting with and being with you to clearly see your vision, and your qualities and abilities that will get you there

- creating safety and trust

- challenging you to explore what’s really going on

- expanding your capacity to take effective action

- finding your inner qualities and motivators to break unhelpful patterns and habits

- being clear about what is REALLY important to you

- becoming more honest with yourself and others

 

What is involved?

 

- first, to establish a clear agreement and plan for the coaching engagement

- surface real personal, business and life goals

- set clear working agreements to build and maintain trust and confidence

- identify blocks and motivators, your talents and strengths

- create a clear plan for achievinging success

- establish mutually agreed on measures of success

- celebrate and acknowledge achievement of milestones along the way

 

How does it work?

 

Meet initially (1 hour) to establish whether coaching and a coaching relationship will be valuable for you.

 

During the next meeting (1.5 hours) the coaching agreement is mutually created.  A coaching agreement covers:

    • purpose of the coaching
    • specific goals and objectives you want to work towards and achieve 
    • timeframe for the coaching engagement
    • agreements about how we will work together in coaching sessions
    • confidentiality
