John Dawson is a group facilitator, coach and mediator working in the field for over 10 years in New Zealand, Australia, Fiji and Egypt. John is a director of 4thWay Associates Limited (www.4thway.co.nz), a New Zealand-based company providing facilitation, mediation, and coaching services to government, business and community sectors. His facilitation philosophy and practice is based on a person centred and co-operative approach.


His background includes scientific research, teaching and business experience which supports his work as a consultant in leadership, personal, team and organizational development; change management; people and performance management; conflict resolution; process improvement; strategy and planning.
John is known for his enthusiastic approach, ready sense of humour and calm manner with which to focus the facilitation process towards people fulfilling potential and achieving their goals.
Some current clients include ASB Bank, St. John, Plant and Food, Xelocity, Refugees as Survivors New Zealand, as well as working as an Associate at Management Toolbox – www.management-toolbox.co.nz and Zenergy – www.zenergyglobal.com. He currently co-leads the training of facilitators and coaches through Zenergy’s Diploma of Facilitation.

John has a Bachelor of Agricultural Science (Lincoln University), Diploma of Teaching (Auckland University), Diploma of Clinical Hypnotherapy (NZ School of Hypnotic Science) and a Diploma of Facilitation and Coaching (Zenergy).

Jeannine Dawson is a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Certified BodyTalk Practitioner, working with people to find balance and harmony in their lives. She specialises in helping people identify clear aims and goals, and establish practical, day-to-day behaviours and actions … which will help to achieve them. In particular, she has been working with couples in the area of fertility, habitual miscarriage and hypno-birthing.


Over the years, Jeannine has gained experience with her own three children, wider family and in the community. She worked for seven years as a Parent Aid case-worker before completing a Diploma of Clinical Hypnotherapy and starting her own practice. Additionally she has completed training and become registered as a HypnoFertility and HypnoBirthing practitioner.

Jeannine has added the BodyTalk methodology to her therapeutic work with clients since completing extensive training over the past few years. She finds this to be extremely complementary to the hypnotherapeutic methodology and utilising it has increased the effectiveness of her interactions and interventions with clients.
